88bdt Terms & Conditions — Platform Rules for All Players

Section 1

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 88bdt website at https://88bdt.io, creating an account, making a deposit, or using any game or service offered on the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.

These Terms apply to all users of the 88bdt platform, including registered account holders and any person who browses the website without registering. Your continued use of the platform following any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and 88bdt.

Section 2

Eligibility & Registration

To register an account and use the 88bdt platform you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. 88bdt is strictly a 21+ platform. Players under the age of 21 are not permitted to register, deposit, or participate in any game or betting activity on 88bdt.
• You are registering as an individual acting in your own personal capacity, and not on behalf of any other person, company, or legal entity.
• You are providing accurate, current, and complete personal information during registration, including your legal name, date of birth, and valid contact details.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You do not currently hold, and have not previously held, another account on the 88bdt platform that was suspended or terminated for breach of these Terms.

88bdt reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify any of the above eligibility criteria at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension of your account and the withholding of any pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

Age Verification: 88bdt employs age verification procedures at registration. You may be required to submit a copy of a government-issued identification document — such as a National ID Card, passport, or driving licence — to confirm that you are 21 years of age or older. Accounts where age cannot be verified will be restricted until verification is successfully completed.

Section 3

Account Management

Single Account Policy: Each player is permitted to hold one (1) account on the 88bdt platform at any given time. Opening, operating, or attempting to operate more than one account — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 88bdt will close all duplicate accounts, confiscate any bonus funds obtained, and may withhold winnings generated during the period of policy breach.

Account Credentials: You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your username and password. You agree not to share your login credentials with any other person. 88bdt accepts no liability for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to keep credentials secure.

Account Inactivity: An account that has recorded no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months is considered dormant. 88bdt may apply a monthly administration fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its dormancy policy, or may close the account after providing reasonable notice to the registered email address.

Account Closure: You may request the closure of your 88bdt account at any time by contacting customer support at [email protected]. Before any closure is processed, all pending withdrawal requests must be resolved and outstanding bonus wagering requirements declared void. 88bdt may also close or suspend accounts at its sole discretion where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, policy breach, or regulatory concern.

Section 4

Deposits & Payments

All deposits on the 88bdt platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following payment methods are accepted for deposits:

• Mobile Financial Services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Bank Transfers: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank
• International Cards: Visa, Mastercard

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Maximum deposit limits may vary by payment method and account verification status. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are typically credited to your 88bdt balance within sixty (60) seconds of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to thirty (30) minutes during banking hours.

Deposit Restrictions: You may only deposit funds from a payment account or card registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits — funds sent from a payment account belonging to another person — are strictly prohibited. Where a third-party deposit is identified, 88bdt reserves the right to reverse the transaction, suspend the receiving account, and report the incident as appropriate.

Currency: All balances, bets, winnings, and transactions on 88bdt are denominated in BDT. There are no currency conversion fees applied by the platform on BDT-denominated transactions.

Section 5

Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) to the verified payment method registered to your account. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests submitted via mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically processed within two (2) to four (4) hours of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving institution.

Verification Requirement: Before your first withdrawal can be processed, 88bdt may require you to complete identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer). You may be asked to submit a copy of your National ID, proof of address, and/or confirmation of your registered payment method. Failure to complete this process will delay withdrawal processing until satisfactory documentation is received.

Withdrawal Conditions: Any deposit must have been wagered at least once before a withdrawal request will be accepted. Bonus funds are subject to the specific wagering requirements stated in the applicable bonus terms and cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are met. Only the cash balance (non-bonus funds) is eligible for withdrawal unless stated otherwise in specific promotional terms.

Third-Party Withdrawal Prohibition: Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account registered in the same legal name as the 88bdt account. 88bdt will not process withdrawal requests to accounts belonging to third parties under any circumstances.

Section 6

Bonuses & Promotions

88bdt offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered players. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless specific promotional terms provide otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be satisfied before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, and time limits are stated in the specific terms of each offer.
• Bonuses are available to players who have completed account registration and, where required, identity verification.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise.

• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts, exchanged for cash prior to meeting wagering requirements, or combined with other offers unless explicitly permitted in the specific promotional terms.

Section 7

Betting & Gaming Rules

Sports Betting: All sports bets placed on 88bdt are subject to the specific rules applicable to the sport and market in question. In the event of ambiguity regarding the outcome of a bet, 88bdt's decision is final. Bets are confirmed at the odds displayed at the time of placement; 88bdt is not responsible for errors arising from obvious pricing mistakes and reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly erroneous odds.

Live Betting: In-play betting markets may be suspended or removed at any time during a live event. Bets placed on a suspended market will not be accepted. 88bdt accepts no liability for delays in live data feeds that may affect in-play odds.

Casino & Slot Games: All casino and slot games are provided by third-party game studios including, but not limited to, Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game is governed by its own game rules, which are accessible within the game interface. All game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) or by live dealer procedures that conform to international fair-play standards.

Minimum & Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and casino games. These limits are displayed within each game or market. 88bdt reserves the right to adjust stake limits for individual players or markets at its discretion.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 88bdt platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Opening or operating more than one account simultaneously or consecutively after a prior account closure.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform in a manner not sanctioned by 88bdt.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes, betting markets, or platform functionality through any technical or non-technical means.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime.
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal or unauthorised means.
• Accessing or attempting to access the platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is explicitly prohibited.
• Engaging in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward 88bdt staff or other players.

88bdt actively monitors accounts for indicators of prohibited conduct. Where an investigation is ongoing, 88bdt may freeze account balances pending the outcome of that investigation. Players found to have engaged in prohibited conduct forfeit all rights to any bonuses, winnings, or funds held in the affected account.

• Any loss of funds resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Decisions made on the basis of information displayed on the platform that is subject to error, delay, or omission.
• Any third-party game malfunction, data feed error, or connectivity issue affecting bet placement, settlement, or game outcomes.

88bdt does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where practicable. In the event of an unplanned outage, 88bdt will endeavour to restore services as quickly as possible but accepts no liability for losses arising during periods of unavailability.

Privacy & Data

88bdt collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and accept the Privacy Policy in its entirety.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent authority to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or severed from the Terms if modification is not possible. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
